I just learnt this song yesterday its rough - but as a general acoustic strum 
song its great... 
 
verse chords are  F# ([244322]) then Fadd11 ([244300]), followed with 
A([577655]) and then Asus9 ([577600]). Don't quote me on the chord names, and 
stress the trebble change. 
then there is the "yeah here comes the rooster" bit which goes         B ([799877]) then 
D/A ([xx4232]) then    F# ([244322]) to F#/Em ([044300]) again stress the treble. 
and the whiny wah bit goes as below
